What does a session look like?

  • In-Home Sessions

    In-home Sessions

Once we’ve discussed your symptoms and goals, I will perform an assessment - all externally. This could include checking the strength of the muscles around your hips and pelvis, your core strength, testing for a diastasis recti, coordination of the pelvic floor, and functional movements such as how you squat, pick up your baby, sit, stand, etc. Once we’ve gone through the assessment, TOGETHER we will make a game plan for you to meet your goals in as little amount of visits as possible. This will include a home exercise program tailored to you, time for all questions to be answered, and a plan for how I can help you reach your goals!

  • Telehealth

    Telehealth Sessions

Taking care of yourself can be difficult due to your busy work schedule, childcare conflict, children’s activities, or living in rural areas with limited access. Virtual telehealth appointments are available so you can get the care you deserve with easy, secure, HIPAA-compliant streaming. This is a great option for those living outside of Sioux Falls including all of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
