Each appointment is about 60-75 minutes. This allows for adequate time to discuss your history and your current symptoms and goals, an evaluation to be completed, and a home exercise program to be created and tailored to you. You get the same PT for the entire session and the same PT for all of your visits, unlike a clinic setting!

Fearless Physiotherapy’s services are out of network services. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance on your behalf. Fearless PT accepts FSA/HSA cards for payment as well as credit card, debit card, or cash. By working out of network with insurance, Fearless PT can provide high-quality, 1:1 care without insurance dictating how your sessions should go.
-
Wear whatever is comfortable. Still in your pajamas? Not a problem!
-
Anyone is welcome to join during your session! Children are welcome to be around. Your baby might need comfort, food, or entertainment during your session, and that’s ok!
-
No, you can schedule an appointment without a referral from the doctor.
-
It’s never too early to start PT during pregnancy. Most women benefit from pelvic PT beginning in their 2nd trimester.
-
You can start PT as early as 3 weeks postpartum.
-
Yes I can! Once you’re postpartum, you’re always postpartum. It’s never too late to address any symptoms, even if you’ve had them for years.

Wondering the difference between physiotherapy and physical therapy? While both aim to get you moving better, the term physiotherapy is more prevalent in countries like Canada, Australia, and many parts of Europe. These nations often lead the way in recognizing the importance of a hands-on, science-backed approach to movement.
These "physiotherapy" countries make postpartum care and pelvic floor recovery a top priority for all new mothers—a vital area where the U.S. has room to grow. It's a clear example of how terminology can reflect deeper differences in healthcare philosophy.
Fearless PT believes in a comprehensive approach to your well-being, especially for mothers. Physiotherapy is used for three core reasons, ensuring you receive the most effective and holistic care:
Manual-Based, Hands-On Treatment- I’m all about a hands-on approach to healing. My skilled physiotherapy treatments include techniques like soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, cupping, and specialized tools, along with joint mobilization and scar mobilization. This direct approach targets your unique needs, helping you move and feel better, faster.
Empowering the Whole Mother- You're more than just a collection of symptoms. I see mothers as whole people, and my treatment is centered on the science of movement. This allows me to help you restore and maximize strength and function throughout your body. Forget the idea that pelvic floor recovery is just about Kegels! I integrate whole-body movements to improve pelvic floor strength and support the crucial surrounding musculature of the pelvis, ensuring truly lasting results.
Advocating for Exceptional Perinatal Care- Just like the countries where physiotherapy is the standard, Fearless PT prioritizes advocating for pregnant and postpartum women. I encourage seeking physiotherapy for birth preparation and essential strengthening and pain management after delivery. This proactive approach empowers you through every stage of motherhood, ensuring you feel strong, supported, and ready for anything.
